The layout you see now is wrecked..
I wanted a background behind the words like a border and just have the background behind that..finally did it..background went away..found another one, when I tried to edit it. deleted everything, had to start over..
COULD NOT remember what I did.. T___T
By the way..I danced my ASS off. And you know, I wish I didn't because I never wanted to dance in the first place. I was being pushed to from the director, and I really don't like her. So to hell with HER! I'm not going to next dance and I don't care. I'm going to try and visit Ni. Spend my extended weekend with my friends! xP

--Areku & Poine♥AWA 2006
In other news..I was updating my site making a new album under my gallery section (museum). I decided to make it of the pictures from AWA(Anime Weekend Atlanta) 2006. And while looking through my folder I found a very very short video my aunt did of me and Areku! I never knew she did that, lol.
Anyway, in the video, we were walking across the street from my house and down the street to Angela's house...seems like Areku thought it was the house right across the street, lol. You can see me tell her.."What are you doing? It's that house there!" and me pointing to it, xD Since it wasn't a video camera that recorded this, there's a bit of distortion. Although, you can hear Areku's heels clicking, and the car driving passing she almost got hit by.. >_<;;
Ah, we had so much fun~ :3 I can't wait for this years Convention.. I kinda already decided to go as Mika Nakashima from one of her 2007 Calendar scans (the pic above). I already know where to get the tights, know were to get an outfit just like that, and the shoes. The only thing left would be minor things like the wig, make-up, crown and buttons.But..actually, one of my friends asked me if I'd think about cosplaying as a Kogal or Ganguro with her. I didn't really like the idea of it, because I dislike them. But I dislike the Ganguro style more than the Kogal style..and I actually don't mind Kogal style, as long as it's not overdone. Also, Kogal was also good because Areku, who I went with last year and in the video, asked me if I wanted to go as a high schooler with a Ikki Tousen based uniform, or one of the characters.. so I'm choosy right now.
Anyway, nothing else i'd like to put out, so i'm going to watch Paradisekiss now. ^^

After White Day// A Day Before Green Day♣

BLAH. I am sooo irritated now. Old some what of a boyfriend, is IMing me on Yahoo, and he's talking about nothing but crap. Totally killing my blogging spirit. -.-; *sigh*
So anyway, yesterday was white day. Japanese celebrated holiday following Valentines day. Where in Japan o February 14th, chocolate is given to guys from women and the favor is returned a month later, March 14th, to who ever gave chocolate. The national association of candy makers established this event, which formally began in 1980. When a marshmallow maker started marketing to men that they should pay back the women who gave them chocolate and other gifts with marshmallows.
Originally it was called Marshmallow Day, which was later changed to White Day. Also after some years, chocolate companies started making white chocolate for it. So it became a tradition for the Japanese. :] I like to celebrate it. But this year i'll be celebrating April 14th. Also following the sequel months of love, April 14th is known as Black Day. xD But it's really an informal tradition in Korean for single people to get together and eat noodles with black bean sauce in South Korea.
The idea of it those who didn't receive a gift on Valentines or White Day, get together and eat Jajangmyeon(짜장면), Korean noodles with black bean sauce (hence the name) to be sympathetic over their singledom. =/ Yeah right...
Wheat noodles topped with a thick sauce made of black bean paste,diced meat and vegetables, and sometimes also seafood. :)
But I celebrate it! Not really, but i'm not all gloomy! Like, it doesn't kill me that i'm single. Have no business dating anyway.. MOTHERLY! xD
So green day? St. Patrick's Day..bah. Who cares anymore? Not this one!
Other news.. I have rehearsal like..tomorrow at 10 am to 3 pm, man. And then Saturday? No, no, no.. our director, Ms, Vanessa canceled, but no..she changed her mind AGAIN. Friggin ASS she is! An A-S-S, yea. She changed her mind Three times! On Wednesday. I mean, we're out of school tomorrow! Why is she making us stay? And on Saturday?
Ms. Vanessa: Okay okay! Great people! Great! But look before you leave..let us pray..
next 2 minutes..
Ms. Vanessa: (at the last minute) so we have no school Friday, you guys think we should come from..like...10 to 5?
Everyone: ...What?
Ashely: 10 am to 5 pm?!?!
Me: Huh? Wait..what?!
Jemmy: Thats.....7 hours..
Me: That's school time..
Tay: We don't have school tomorrow..
Ms. Vanessa: I know..so that's why you should come..

Ms. Vanessa: Okay, but guys should really come!
All of us: Fine.

Me and Ashely were gonna spend the night over her house to go early Friday and Saturday, practice our lines and our routine..
An hour after everyone leave the dance studio..onlyLatricia, Jemmy, Marlon and I left.
Ms Vanessa: Oh, never mind, we shouldn't do it Friday..
Jemmy: But..everyone left..and you said-
Ms. Vanessa: Well to many people have other cramming that day, so spread the word and i'll tell Rachel and Keoni to call you all. It's settled, no rehearsal Friday.
Next Day--
Get a SMS from Rachel and later a call from Keoni(Co-people incharge) at 6:12 and 7:24 am: Ms. Vanessa said we're going to rehearse Friday. But the time changed from 10 to 3..or 1. She's not sure..
ARGH! This lady is a stupid ASS. This-is-mid MARCH. The play is in APRIL DUDE!! What the hell?! We know nothing! And our producer is like..missing. She hasn't been here to be here when Ms. Vanessa is losing it and she isn't sure when to do what. >__< *sigh* Starting to totally give up, really. -_- I'm tired now..gotta practice my routine before bed and get up and go to school.. The choreographer is coming and he expects us all be be perfect. He is not nice, friendly or understanding. He made some of the other members do push up because they didn't have the routine down after practicing for an hour. He yelled, he argued, he told them deliberately in their faces, "You are a waste of my time and money. Don't let me think that next time we have rehearsal. I'm casting the best ONLY. Others can get the hell on.."........o_o.... Is this guy for real?? Pfft. I beg to differ. He won't see me going at it. Because he won't see himself ever talking to me like that. EVER. I have an excuse, even if there are no excuses. I know i'm shabby and not in the best shape. I know I haven't been to rehearsal and missed three dance practices..so I have to play 'catch up' while everyone else is on track..yeah yeah, I know he'd be angry if i'm slow.. But I'll also be angry that i'm even there, so he better have a nice cup of coffee before he flexes hiss nerves on me.
Oh lord, wish me...magical pixies and bloody shoes from stepping on all those just to stay on top so I won't get kicked out of the play =/
The playlist is helping me be more confident though. :) I LOVE Olivia Lufkin..she has her own style; music and voice like no other. And once you think she's just some garage music player that only sings the same tunes and always about the same thing, you find yourself wrong. :] I recommend her to anyone who doesn't of her. Currently, she's along side Anna Tsuchiya singing for the NANA Anime.

Internet Restored ♥ BLAH
My internet’s been down so.. yeah, I couldn’t get online.. :P
March 8th
Soo.. school’s all cheery and fine, but all day I just couldn’t wait to go home so I could give my mom her presents and…just be home from school, xD
So I thought the day was going to be a regular day when we had an Honors program. The top 10 students with the highest grades from the 9th and 10th grade. So those people were dressed up and seated in the front row in the auditorium.
So blah blah blah..they called the honor students up to accept their certificate, and then they called up something I never knew that was going to be in the program; Student of the month for 9th and 10th grade. So when they finished with the freshmen, they started with the sophomores. I was all the way in the back row…and also no where near the end.
So I’m minding my own business while their calling the names, and my name gets called! I’m looking around like..”Did they just say..Portia _____? Or Portia Johnson or Smith..” At that time, Brandon, the boy sitting next to me was nudging me to get my ass on stage..
I had to go through all those legs and walk all the way down the aisle to get to the stage. By the time I got up there, the other students had walked off to their seats. I had wondered why there were more than 10 students dressed up. -__-;
Anyway..so why am I so clueless? I missed Tuesday and Wednesday..not to mention a BRUSTER’S (my favorite ice cream) ice cream party for all the honored and monthly honored student’s Wednesday, because of this stupid sore on my throat, my stupid back bones acing, and those stupid CRAMPS!
So I was angry I missed the ice cream party, which made 90 minutes out of class. No one told me I was student of the month earlier that day, nor called to inform me!
In other news, I got my mom this turquoise bracelet with matching earrings, a day dress, an ‘I Love Law & Order’ hoodie and matching coffee cup, xD And some of her favorite brownies, lol. ^^ Later that day, we went out to eat..but got free food from Ni first. Glad we got to see her. I miss my friend. She seemed so lonely. She said she might get enrolled back in school next year, and she said to stop by her restaurant when ever I have time. ;(( She must be super bored being out of school.. >_>
And I found the bag she used for my birthday present on my birthday, and I found a card in it I never saw. It said ‘Happy Birthday Friend. Let everyday be a happy one.’ And something in Chinese, but I couldn’t read it. xD I asked her..but I forgot, lol. It made me miss her more. ;(( I mean, I know I have Toledo at school..but it’s sooo empty without her, ;__;
March 9th
Erm…nothing really happened today. Accept I finally got a glimpse at Areku’s would-be boyfriend FINALLY, and Toledo kept taunting me in sexual ways. >> I don’t think he realized it though.. xDD!! Dude, what the hell? You don’t have your legs cocked open liked that, man. And your pants all half way down?
He’s a guy, so of course it wouldn’t be ‘un-lady like’, but guys don’t open their legs THAT wide! xD OMG! He thought I was going to sit with him?! Lol.
Laying down too, what was he thinking? I’m starting to believe he’s a whore, lol. He’s like always being perverted, but not to girls, just being…vulgar. -__- That makes me so uncomfortable..
Ew. o_o I’m completely scarred.
March 11th
As you can see..internet back. Surprisingly, not that elated. Really annoyed by like all my friends. They all keep calling me bothering me for useless things. And I tell them, "I'm busy", "I don't feel like talking", or "I want time to myself right now, I'll call you later", they keep calling me back!
Damn, they didn't call me when I was sick and felt horrible!
I'm better now, by the way. Thank GOD. ♥
