November's Feast
I am no where near Asian, neither do I not support Thanksgiving..I just said that because I love Asian females and the two pictures i used here are of an Asian female, who happens to be eating which is even more reasonable, but still stupid. Also, my Chinese friend asked me what Thanks Giving was because she doesn't know anything, she just came from China and just started learning English less that three years ago. So yeah..Anyway!I hope you all do have a delicious day, meal and time today.I will probably, take pictures and post them today for you, so you can dwell in jealousy and hatred, of my beautiful time, with my beautiful fattening foods I shall devour! xD
Besides Thanksgiving...I don't know if I already mentioned my update for the Convention in either of my lasts posts at the end of October..don't feel like looking..just say it again. I'm planning to go as a Vivienne Westwood model. Anyway..my look is sorta split into so many versions of Vivienne/Nana.
Like Nana here(Oosaki/ one on the right with the fishnets) I want that kinda..elegant rock star look..kinda punkish meets the old British times, with plaids, diamond, and checkered prints, with high thick heels, and frilly blouses with puffy shoulder pads and bell sleeves..not necessarily this outfit, but like it, it's style, ya know?
But like this, not really the same style. Ripped jeans, fishnet where it's ripped, shoes not as thick as the other ones, but thick and tall. the pants skinny falling over the shoes in a type of slouch sock look for the Japanese school girl, or how a ballet dancer would wear her leg warmers..then with a short A Line dress and short jacket with sleeves way longer than the jacket itself and extend covering your hands. With this, you'd wear gloves. The dress could have a turtle neck top or collar, anything but open chested. In this case, it's see-through so that's alright. I like this look too.
This style right here is exactly the same as the one above it with the thick black rim border. It's a bit different, but the same style. With boots over the jeans of course, but the jeans still kind of slouching together above the boot. And the semi-long dress cover; no jacket; open chested. But that's alright and the dress has big sleeves, not to short, so acceptable. So if this is the same style as above, why am I showing it? Just to show you, ^^ This isn't up for thoughts because even though it's like the one above, it's not Vivienne Westwood like. Not her style at all. Nor Nana. Just the first picture, next and last are a dilemma.
This one being kinda Ironic, this is the artist singing the music playing ^^Imogen Heap. This picture, when I saw it, it automatically reminded me of the Convention. Mainly because it's not so different from the first picture's style. One thing, you can't wear this one with a skirt of any kind though. It wouldn't fit it. The difference: It's a jacket not a blouse or shirt. It's the kind you can wear without a shirt, but it's still a jacket. No frillies, not bell sleeves, not long sleeves. Immediately avert to either Capri's or dress pants. You know, the kinda pants with a seam on all four sides, open at the bottom, not close knit and wool material? Those pants. The gloves are a nice touch to this style too..only these gloves will do, for me that is. Also, the shoulder has a more material fluff there. The first picture..no open chest. This, it's alright. Looks better with flat shoes too instead of heels or platforms..or boots, but ones without a heel that would go over the pants leg.
But then again...
The kinda punkish, wannabe Gothic Lolita girly girl?? I mean, this look says Lolita all over it, not really Gothic Lolita, but Lolita. The platform baby doll shoes, thick make-up sometimes, some sort of socks or stocking, curly hair, like a Golddie Locks look sometimes, tight around the stomach, or maybe a corset, but then flurrying out into a hill of lace or sheer, or maybe just ballroom type. Usually all that material is just at the ends. That makes a Lolita with a hilt of innocence or that glass doll look. The ones that sit on the shelves?
OH! I forgot! This picture! The girl is sorta Gothic Lolita, but definately Lolita. And the boy..his platform shoes, ripped pants, long clothing overlapping? Yes! The look i'm going for! Punk! (if anyone needed a better understanding >.>) Out of the four styles, I think this ones the coolest, less sexy, more out there and original, ya know? That's why this one would be great to go as, but I like the other ones so much. :/ Hard huh?
Have a tasty meal, I hope this was fashionalbly interesting!!
